1. 协助完成文件归档及整理工作;
2. 协助起草、修改企业的相关文书;
3. 协助与主管部门、税务、银行等部门沟通,
4. 协助递交申报文件;
5. 完成项目涉及的外勤工作;
6. 完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
1. Assist in filing and sorting of documents;
2. Assist in drafting the relevant documents of the enterprise;
3. Assist in communication with competent authorities, tax authorities, banks, etc.
4. Assist in submitting application documents;
5. Engaged in relevant onsite job;
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
任职要求:
1. 大三大四在校生,行政、文秘及法律专业者优先;
2. 有良好的中英文公文写作能力,通过全国大学英语四、六级考试;
3. 有良好的逻辑思维能力,善于思考;
4. 具有较强的工作主动性和责任心,良好的沟通能力,自我驱动及快速学习能力;
5. 具有咨询、企业服务、组织活动等相关经验者优先。
1. Junior or Senior students. Administrative, secretarial and legal professionals are preferred;
2. Good reading and writing ability for official documents in both English and Chinese and CET4 and CET6 passed;
3. Have logical thinking ability.
4. Strong work initiative and responsibility, good communication skills, self-motivation and quick learning ability.
5. Experience in consulting, enterprise service or organizing activities is preferred.
