Job Description (JD):

You can gain valuable hands-on experience in data team operations and contribute to critical business intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with experienced professionals, tackling real-world challenges and developing sought-after data skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You can have professional mentoring and coaching sessions accelerating your growth in both technology and personal.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with day-to-day operations within the data team

· Perform administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives

· Help create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures

· Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports

· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

· Collaborate with other interns and staff to complete assigned tasks and projects

Expected Internship Duration:

· This internship is a minimum 6-month commitment, requiring at least 3 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a one-hour lunch break)

· Performance-based extension is possible

Must-Have Skills:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and colleagues

· Strong sense of ownership and accountability towards assigned tasks and projects

· Ability to work as part of a team

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Proficient in using Office 365

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and analysis

· Familiarity with Airflow and Python for automation and workflow management

· Basic understanding of AWS big data services, including but not limited to S3, Redshift, Glue, and DMS
