What you'll do:

You will work in a scrum team to:

• Support Talent Attraction Team in managing hiring requirement activities such as job posting, CV screening, phone interview, interview coordination and job offer
• Be responsible for TA data processing and analysis
• Participate in continuous improvement project within HR organization
• Take part in other routine operational work

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in HR or business related is an advantage
• Fluent in English, and good communication skills
• Responsible and proactive
• A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
• Available to work in Shanghai Office and willing to commit to 4-5 days per week for 6 months duration
• Previous HR internship experience is an advantage
