Intern- Employer Branding and Employee Communications As the intern working in our Brand and Communications team within People Organisation, you will be supporting the team members to design, plan and deliver internal and external communications and engagement plan, to drive the strategic positioning of PwC as Distinctive 1st employer of choice. Working location: Shanghai The major responsibilities include but not exclusive:
• Assist with the creative visuals design and development of internal and external communications
 • Organise and typeset written content in internal and external communication channels
 • Assist to monitor and conduct market research for employer branding insights on regular basis, with focus on social media watch.
• Coordinate and consolidate data and information for communication related projects/assignments
• Provide assistance and participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments Skill Requirement
• Undergraduate/graduate student in graphic design, visual arts, journalism, communication or related discipline
• Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffect and/or other design software preferred, having basic acknowledgment of coding is a plus.
• Passionate about using social media and innovative technology
 • Previous relevant work experience (e.g. summer job, internship), preferably in professional or multinational corporations
 • Good proficiency of English and Chinese
• Demonstrates attention to detail and creativity
 • Ability to demonstrate project ownership
 • Able to work at least 3 working days/week, 3 months at least
