主要从事政府投融资咨询业务.

本部门的工作宗旨是使得政府投融资决策更加正确.

工作内容：

1. 典型投融资案例（片区开发、EOD、专项债等）萃取、内容打磨，编辑文案、PPT；

2. 深度参与官方视频每周的内容编辑、剪辑、配音工作，对视频质量负责；

3. 参与重大项目的现场拍摄、解说、宣传视频制作；

4. 追踪官号数据，参与粉丝互动、留言管理；

5. 协助完成直播间布置与录制工作，监控后台数据。

招聘要求：

1.本科生四年级及研究生优先，一周至少到岗3天，影视、新闻、数字媒体相关专业优先。

2.思维活跃，实操能力强，熟练操作市面主流的视频制作软件，有账号运营经验优先。

3.理解直播间布置基本逻辑和RTMP直播原理，熟悉市面主流摄影与灯光设备为佳。

4.抗压能力强，热爱学习，有一定的审美能力。

New Media Operations Intern

Investment and Financing Consulting Department

Mainly engaged in government investment and financing consulting business.

The purpose of our department is to make government investment and financing decisions more accurate.

Job Description:

1．Refine typical investment and financing cases (such as area development, EODs, special bonds etc.), edit content, make PPTs

2.Deeply participate in the weekly official video content editing, video cutting, and dubbing

3.Participate in on-site shooting, commentary, and promotional video production for major government investment projects

4.Track official account data, participate in fan interactions, and manage comments

5.Assist in setting up and recording live broadcast rooms, monitor background data.

Job Requirements:

1. Fourth-year undergraduates or graduate students are preferred, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Majors in film and television, journalism, and digital media are preferred.

2.Active thinking, strong practical ability, proficient in mainstream video production software, and experience in account operation are preferred.

3.Understand the basic logic of live broadcast room layout and RTMP live broadcast principles, and be familiar with mainstream photography and lighting equipments on the market.

4.Strong ability to withstand pressure, strong learning and aesthetic ability.
