Sales report and operation work

• Monthly/Weekly by store, by REC and by region sales report

• Newness creation and modification application

• POG assortment update along with Sephora POG update window(remove)

• Other ad hoc reports to help sales analysis

Competitor Reporting – All categories 

• Collect competitor activation details and photos from REC team for each animation period

• Collect competitor POG information and keep updating along with Sephora flow plan update

• Collect New door and Close door information and update the master door list

Internal and cross-function communication   

• Daily communication with REC teams to know their needs and come back to HQ

• Support REC team daily work- manual tester order, summarize each region’s resources allocation, combinate business trip plan and other issues(adjust)

• Internal communication-Marketing, logistics, VM

• External communication-Sephora

Digital exposure follow-up

• Follow up with EC team to make sure each PDP/ Banner can be launched on time
• Follow up with MKT team for Launch related Wechat/Weibo content preparation

Others

• On-site support some events and other administrative work

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication

• Good PC skills and familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Mature and responsible.  Available 3 days a week or more 

• Available consecutively for 6month period
