Production Planning Team

Support on detailed scheduling, reporting, projects, etc as Zhili resigned and more new business will be launched with new processes. .

Requirements:
1. English skill in both read and write
2. Good communication
3. Good logic thinking
4. Availability: at least 3 days available per week
5. Knowledge about Supply Chain Management
6. Can do attitude
7. Quick learner

Responsibilities:
1. Detailed scheduling for products, and WO creation & release in SAP
2. Fulfilling and tracking production program, to ensure the work in the production line (work orders). React to deviations to the production plan.
3. PO Release, follow-up, and call in materials per requirement to make sure material availability and also keep material in reasonable inventory level
4. Achieve Plant targets for Customer Service, Inventory, Schedule Attainment and Lead Time by control and management of Work in Progress (WIP).
5. Ensure that all Quality and EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company’s Safety Statement when procuring Stock items
6. Reports generation and analysis
7. Support to planning team to prepare doucments
8. Other tasks assigned from team
