Purpose of the Role:

- IMSS is the virtual organization responsible for JLRs sales, marketing, product, network & aftersales business in China.

- IMSS Business Transformation Office is the centre bridge of cross functional department within IMSS, taking the overall lead on cross organization level projects and business performance topics (e.g. Project Dragon+, Project Tiger, Business Plan, QMFAR, Scorecard etc.), and support IMSS president on all crucial cross function topics with agility and professionalism

- IMSS Business Transformation Office is also the centre bridge to JLR HQ commercial team, coordinating with global performance steering team and leverage the best practices from HQ match pair, support China business respectively

- The objective of Business Transformation Office intern is to support Business Transformation Office manager on above mentioned key projects lead by IMSS business office, this includes supporting on project management, management reporting presentation, data analytics, performance steering and internal communications etc.

Main Responsibility：

1. Support IMSS business transformation office management reporting, e.g. project Dragon+, Project Tiger, Transformation project etc.

2. Support IMSS data analytic topics, e.g. retailer and city-based insurance data, market share, key metrics for performance analysis at ground level where required

3. Support to capture the new business opportunities in the dynamic and game changing environment, and ensure cross function teams are supporting to deliver based on the designated scope

4. Be proactive in arranging project meetings, including assisting in making arrangements, taking meeting minutes etc.

5. Support on project management for IMSS transformation projects

6. Market intelligence and desk research on ad-hoc topics where required

7. Drive internal communications with cross function department where required

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master study, willing to work above 4 days per week

2. Passionate for automotive industry

3. Fluent in spoken and written English

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word

5. Relevant experience in consulting firms/strategy team/auto company as a plus.
