Responsibilities:
-Organize regular team meetings, workshops or other meetings/ conferences as needed, prepare presentations and take meeting minutes and memos to check follow up progress.
-Work as window contact to perform communications in Retail Expansion China team and be a coordinator with other functional departments.
-Assist to carry out the contract signing and chop application process, including all the necessary application forms, permits, certificates and agreements.
-Assist to manage the Lease Management System implementation, maintain some necessary data and information from the lease contract platform.
- Assist to tracking and analyzing assigned real estate market, collecting, sorting out necessary data.
- Assist to deal with the LBR store manager for the store maintenance work and daily construction repair work.
-Manage appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements.
-Communicate and follow up on construction projects as assigned.
-Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree
-Excellent knowledge of computers and their software applications
-Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
-Positive attitude, including independence, patience and be able to work under pressure
-Strong communication skills and problem solving ability
