Job Description:

• Be closely involved in Detecon automotive innovation projects, develop innovative idea, concept, and methodology with consultants;
• Conduct market research and business analysis, data analysis work about innovation topics in the automotive industry; 
• Participate in the market validation, innovative services’ testing & experiencing and generate insights. 
• Make recommendations based on the data collected from market study and practical experiencing.

•  Passion for the automotive industry and consulting
•  Education backgrounds or experience in innovation, marketing, business analysis or the other automotive related areas. Students at the graduation stage are preferred.
• Innovative thinking, logical thinking and strong sense of market changing, especially in the cutting-edge service area
• Pragmatic, pressure-resistant, flexible, detail-oriented, highly professional work attitude
•  Ability to take initiative and must have the confidence to learn in a “live” environment
•  Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
• Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking. Chinese students with strong English background or oversea (English speaking countries) education background is a plus; Foreign students with ability to speak and read Chinese are also expected;

 At least 5 days/week, no less than 4 months. Can start ASAP
