RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in importation operations,
planning dashboard, order to cash mgt, customer
service to internal and external business partners. Importation (30%) l Support importation routine operations l Collect and verify import documents before goods arrival l Trace and track goods status from in-transit to goods release. l import documents filling l In coordination with regional team, ensure consistent update of system
parameters Planning (30%) l System maintenance within process to ensure master data accuracy l Supply Chain sales and forecast data consolidation l Weekly and Monthly reports of internal performance index Customer Service (25%) l convert daily orders into system on time l Coordinator with back office for other goods delivery/ordering issue l Assist in local master data management, creation, and process control Other duties as assigned (15%) l Participate in supply chain projects based on needs. REQUIREMENTS: Years of Experience: 0-1 years working experiences.
Education/Training: BA/BS college degree or its
equivalent. Other: 1. Strong knowledge on other software including Windows, and Microsoft
Office, especially in Excel. 2. This position requires strong ownership in tedious data and close
follow up 3. Ability in data management with large volume 4. This position requires analytical, consensus decision making, and problem
solving skills. 5. Be proactive and detail oriented. 6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
