Main Responsibility:

1．   SS20 Beauty Trends+Sephora Day logistic/coordination/execution;

eg. Follow-up with exclusive/selective/Sephora collection brands for event preparation

2．  Daily PR logistic work:

eg. Product samples sorting/seeding/delivery;

3．  Daily PR internal coordination:

eg. BPM contract/payment application;

4．  Daily PR internal communication:

eg. Wordings check/timely communication with catman/legal;

5．  Regular meeting set-up and arrangement;

6．  Additional supporting work on animation;   

eg. Materials collecting/star products pictures;

7．  Additional supporting work by potential projects

eg. Event wise onsite support

Candidate criteria:

l   Post/undergraduate who is major in business/communication/language or literature etc or who has had related working experiences;

l   Potentially excellent communication/writing skills in CN/EN and well trained in Office software;

l   Passionate about PR in beauty/retail industry, good hearted with patience;

l   Anti-pressure ability and fast leaning skills are needed
