Qualifications/Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
•Oil Field Service (OFS) China Sourcing Projects tracking and collect the updates from team members
•Pull out the OFS sourcing report in regular base
•Extend the suppliers into Legacy BHI SAP system
•Submit Quality Audits request through Legacy BHI Quality Management System
•Maintain the OFS suppliers’ dossiers
•Support Daily OFS sourcing activities per need
Qualifications/Requirements
•Engineering Background, Chemical/Mechanical/Computer Science are preferred
•Fluent English skills, for documentation reading, email writing and tele-conference communications
•Quick Learn to the new operation system and get know the process
•Solid Microsoft Skills on Excel, PowerPoint, IE
•Passion to communicate with internal sourcing team
•Clear process speaker to iterate the standard process to the internal team or suppliers
