Reporting and data analysis:
Ø Assist team with reporting needs, such as daily/weekly/monthly KPI review
Ø Prepare data for brand in analysis including data cleaning and transferring
Store operation: Support brand team in daily store operation incl but not limited to :
Ø Stock check & inventory replenishment
Ø Store visual and pricing check
Ø Competitor operation monitoring
TP communication and tasks follow-up
Project support: Support innovation project on ad-hoc basis such as:
Ø Market research
Ø Competitor study
Ø Internal and external communication support
Administrative support
Ø Support brand team in fee application, invoice issue in SAP and related system
Translation support to brand team
Knowledge and skills
Ø Good analytical skills and keen sense of number
Ø Strong communication skills
Ø Fluency in spoken and written in EN
Ø Good Micro-soft skill esp. in OUTLOOK, EXCEL and PPT
