Job Description:

1.      Support Merchandising Team on daily deals and campaigns

2.      Communicate & collect business information from eBay sellers and Account Managers

3.      Create related business tickets in eBay’s internal tools

4.      Update information timely

5.      Use related tools to query data according to business requirements

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor/Master degree, no restriction on major

2.      Good oral and written communication skills in English

3.      Basic skills in MS Office. Familiar with excel skills, including but not limited in vlookup, pivottable and other excel functions

4.      Passion on e-commerce. Online shopping enthusiast is a plus.

5.      Basic knowledge in SQL and relational databases

6.      Quick learner, self-motivated, team player with work passion

7.      Prefer 6 months’ internship commitment and at least 4 days/week attendance.

工作内容：

1.      支持Merchandising Team的日常工作；

2.      与eBay卖家和客户经理沟通，收集各种活动所需的商业信息；

3.      使用eBay内部工具创建相关合同条目；

4.      及时更新内部信息；

5.      使用内部工具查询相关商业信息，并及时交付。

应聘条件：

1.      英语水平优秀；

2.      熟练使用MS Office，掌握excel相关技能，包括但不限于vlookup、数据透视表；

3.      掌握基本的SQL和数据库知识，有基础的读表、查表能力，能写基础代码；

4.      优秀的团队合作者，有积极的工作态度、良好的学习能力、沟通能力、抗压能力；

5.      7月面试，最迟8月初入职；

6.      Prefer本科大三大四or研究生，保证每周至少出勤4天，持续时间6个月以上；
