职位描述
Exposure to a highly international and diverse work environment Hands on experience as a project contributor Opportunity to be involved in the whole project cycle of building up social media channels Working in a passionate and dynamic team Exposure to Henkel leadership team Individual development and professional mentoring Performance incentive for the top performers Support and active involvement in social media activities (WeChat account, LinkedIn local career page, Weibo…) Coordination with external agencies for community management and organize events Support Employer Branding initiatives in China (e.g. Henkel Open Day, Campus Recruitment, Summer Camp Internship Program… etc.) Supporting Employer Branding and recruitment via social media Steer monthly reporting Support in administrative tasks Bachelor or Master student in the area of HR, Marketing, Psychology, Business Studies or similar field Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced international environment Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent presentation skills Have strong marketing sense and design capability Ability to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 6 months Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
