Brief Task Description

•Supporting SCM(Supply Chain Management) team with data entry in production planning cycle

•Working with Country Sales Managers (CSMs) on order submission by the GDs in line with plan

•Ad-Hoc data compilation as requested by management

•Commercial Committee presentation compilation

•Database cleansing of the registered FCA training Institute users

•Weekly Training reports send out to the GDs

•Coordination & scheduling of meetings & management of team travel calendar

•Student studying business related discipline

•Minimum 3 days availability----At least last for 6 months

•Sound Understanding of Microsoft office suites e.g. PowerPoint & Excel

•English language understanding both written & Oral

•Attention to detail

•Ability to work in a dynamic & fast paced environment

•Good time management skills and ability to priorities

•Must be good at working as part of a team for the greater good
