Job Responsibility
Store operations support
Assist and support business process and standard of the store
Make sales report and other reports
Collect all kinds of reports and ensure accuracy
According to the requirements of the store, coordinate the distribution of product within the area
Allocate for regional activities
Communicate with suppliers to ensure the stuff is delivered to stores in time
Expenses application for store daily operations
Collect and check store staff attendance and bonus
Coordinate with area manager to get the monthly attendance of store employees
Use the system to approve the movement of store employees
Work with area managers to make sure the accuracy of employee’s incentive
Knowledge and skills:
A positive and Down-to-earth attitude to take ownership on tasks given
Detail focused, self-starter, able to work under pressure
Good command of English
Skilled at MS Excel & PPT and willing to learn new things
