6-month contractor with CIIC

Responsibilities 

     Solve the gap of sales and expenses reconciliation(own shop and concession shop), explain reasons of the gap, adhoc events special approval, negotiate with Landlord/Sales for solving problem.

• Hand in payment request, getting approval from SR team. Media between Landlord and Spoke/Local finance. Tracking invoices of these expenses.

• Consolidate reimbursement request, petty cash, insurance, vendor code(Landlord, staff)

Requirements

- 1 or 2 year related experience

- good communication skill

- detail-oriented, be patient
