KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Support Client service team on daily execution & coordination for different projects
Collect data and generate report for i-pad in store project, hotline team
Collaborate and communicate with internal team and external team for supporting e-COM
client service
REQUIREMENTS
Familiar with Office software
Experience in Customer Service or data analysis is preferred
Fluent in English
Good communication and team player
4-5 days per week , 6 months minimum, on board ASAP
