Essential Functions
• Assists Senior Account Manager in reviewing existing client insurance and risk programs.
• Reviews coverage specifications and policy wording to be submitted to carriers/underwriters.
• Assists in the creation of the clients’ program/marketing plan.
• Prepare proposal components including analysis of: pricing, coverage, services, quote comparisons.
• Builds and maintains relationships with underwriters and peers.
• Maintains carrier/market contact at appropriate levels needed to execute effectively and assist the Placement Specialist.
• Maintains contact and relationships with Client Team to effectively service

Requirements
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students in business/finance/insurance or ralated disciplines
• Will graduate after 2019
• Passion to join the insurance brokerage industry
• Good in verbal and written communication in English (At least achieve the ＣＥＴ６certification)
• Proficient in MS Office
