岗位职责:
Customer Service:
• Be responsible for service contract, bidding documents and other commercial paper preparation and filing.
• Re responsible for service order closing to delivery and invoicing follow up.
• Be responsible for service data collection and monthly report prepare.
• Be responsible for good change and return handling.
• Be responsible for technical document and repair tools/uniform purchase and stock records.
• Other work assigned by Service Manager.

Office Administration:
• Responsible for general office management and daily operations in Field service team
• Assist on company activities.
Educational Background:
Professional Background
• Demonstrated ability to organize own work, to work efficiently, productively and independently, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interpersonal skills suitable for a people-oriented job, requiring interactions with many people/ both inside and outside the organization
• Organizational skills relevant to subcontracting work to outside organizations and consultants and working in teams
• Be creative, enthusiastic, driving with team-building skills
