Responsibilities
1. Support Procurement team in the execution of internal and external communications in daily work, including
Vendor creation process and document filing
Supplier bidding projects
Contracting process and contract management
Data analysis
2. Other administrative support as needed
Qualifications
University students, preferably with internship experience at multinational companies;
Good in English speaking and writing;
Good command of Excel skills
