To design and execute crocs China employee engagement and branding activities
To support retail business growing on HR perspective, mainly on talent/personnel acquisition and Retail HR system setup.
Key Process Accountabilities
1. Employer Branding Support
Creative idea on and implement the annual regional Employer Branding plan
Draft the posting proposal with creative ideas and coordinate the regional HR team for each country implementation
Promote company culture & values with social media channel to enhance employee engagement
As a project co-leader, consolidate and track the regional(Asia) posting status
2. Annual Employee Engagement
Annual employee engagement plan design, including team building activities, national holiday benefit, festival celebration, employee birthday party etc.
As a project leader, implementation each activity
Annual budget control on employee appreciation
3. Retail Daily Support
Headcount review for retail, monthly HC/personnel report
Recruiting channels set up, maintain, explore new efficient recruitment channel for China Retail
Interview conduct, recommend and arrangement with line of business for Retail
Offering proposal, communication, negotiation and on board preparation for retail store employees
Maintain daily retail personnel system; meanwhile, try to streamline the system maintain process, provide suggestion on retail on boarding and off boarding process so that the system can reflect the actual & correct headcount/personnel system
Ad-hoc tasks delegated by manager regarding staffing
4. HR System maintenance
Responsible for inputting and maintaining employee records and status change in HR systems for retail
Prepare monthly HR reports and other reports as needed
Be the key person and contact window for the HR systems, such as Kudos, Playerlync.

Budget control of employee appreciation
Retail HR system operation
Employee Branding Posing on time and frequency
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: >1 years' experience in HR internal communication and employer branding in a multinational company
Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal skills - both in Chinese and English
Excellent teamwork skill
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Negotiation skills
