Responsibilities:

1. Daily check CISCO phones and other IT equipment are placed in the office properly

2. PC/Laptop installation & configuration(Including simple troubleshooting and  data recovery)

3. MFP troubleshooting and problem resolving

4. Smart phone application installation and configuration

5. Meeting room projector, video conference configuration & troubleshooting

6. IT assets system data update

7. Other IT basic tasks that occur temporarily

Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters in computer science and technology or related major, 2020 or later graduates;

2. Having software maintain and installation knowledge and experience;

3. Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills;

4. Good English skills;

5. Able to attend 3 days per week at least and last for 6 months.
