Role Purpose 职位目标:
1. Deliver recruitment service to diversified BUs in an efficient and effective way to meet business and organization development needs;
2. Ensure recruitment related policy, process, procedure and program to be implemented and complied in daily operation;
3. Assist manager on first line managers’ knowledge and skills development around recruitment related policy, procedure and skill.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Regular Intern Recruitment
Collect hiring requirements
Job posting in GSK career site, Wechat and other intern job boards
CV screening
Interview arrangement
Offering and onboarding
Campus Recruitment Support
Campus campaign implementation
Group interview arrangement (FLP and MR intern)
MR interns and FLP’s offering and onboarding
Esprit intern hiring support
Pre-onboarding engagement
Other campus needed support: data analysis, PPT etc.
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

- Education: Bachelor Degree or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Supportive attitude and detail oriented
- Good team work player
- Good English in both writing and speaking is preferred
- Good at Excel and PPT is preferred
