Support Marketing China team to:

§  Develop timely, relevant and differentiated offers to drive client and consumer perceived value.

§  Develop marketing concepts and projects for Corporate Segment, delivering profitable solutions to drive sales, attract and maintain clients.

§  Drive the development, measurement and continuous improvement of one or multiple offer modules delivering financial performance and differentiating Sodexo from its competitors for catering, wellness, retail or FM services in line with Sodexo Group Offer Development strategy and process.

§  Develop relevant and actionable consumer insight to the organization and help promote this knowledge internally and externally

§  Managing the client and consumer research activities

Essential

§  Bachelor degree is must, Master Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred

§  Should have a passion for food and service spirit

§  Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken. French would be a plus.

§  You’re organized, rigorous, and proactive

§  You have excellent relationships skills, determination and intellectual curiosity
