Job Description:
1. Existing clients’ maintenance. 现有客户端的维护.
2. Support sales to develop new clients. 支持销售以开发新客户.
3. Prepare correspondence and presentations. 准备相关文件和演示文稿.
4. Preparation clients’ files, contracts & documentation. 准备客户的文件、合同 & 文档.
5. Follow up inquiries from customers & overseas branches. 跟进客户 & 海外分支机构的需求及疑问.
6. Information gathering & distribution. 信息收集 & 分发.
7. Prepare and organize meetings. 准备和组织会议.
8. Other tasks assigned. 上级安排的其他任务.
Job Requirements:
1. Above college degree. 大专以上学历.
2. Fluent English comprehension; verbal; written skills. 流利的英语口头及书面理解能力。
3. Be familiar with office software. 熟悉 office 软件.
