What we are looking for:

• Currently studying Master or MBA degree in any majors for 2020 graduates target to be a professional HR for career development.

• Preferred with the major or previous work experience (for MBA) in HR, Psychology and/or HR related.

•  Can render at least four (3) days a week for at least six (6) months

• Good knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel and PPT)

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Proactive and with strong learning ability

• Passionate in Lear and its culture

• Fully committed to Lear internship program
