HR Intern JD 

职位描述：

 Responsibilities: 

1. Develop recruiting sources, recruitment selection and placement of individuals for available positions. Sourcing, identify and track candidates through hiring process and support daily recruitment process; 

2. Assist and coordinate with HK Strategies Campus Recruiting Project; 

3. Assist HR team on leave/on-boarding / termination procedure; 

4. Databases maintenance (input data, documents sorting and filing); 

5. Supporting employee contact management and Attendance management, e.g. leave reports; on-boarding report;

 6. Other tasks signed by HR Manager. 

Requirements:

1. Prefer在校本科生或研究生 (HRM专业优先)，at least 4 days per week, last for 3 months. 

2. Prefer性格开朗，工作细心，对数字敏感的同学 

3. 有相关岗位公司实习经历优先（preferred but not necessary）

4. 英文水平佳，能适应全英文办公系统 

5. 能即刻入职的将优先考虑
