Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative support including creation and maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, charts, documents and presentations(Sales/MKT)
Summarize research of sales leads and market information (incl. promotion activities) on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales activities.
Use databases or other IT systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; to maintain sales commission and expense records; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
Coordinate and execute multiple projects/tasks with attention to detail and high quality
Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

Bachelor or Master student in the area of Marketing, Business Management or similar field
Enthusiastic and always maintains a positive attitude
Eager to learn + take responsibility/ownership of tasks
Proactive and always reaching out to learn more, do more or volunteer more
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced international environment
Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
