HR Intern – Recruiting

This is an exciting internship opportunity for students with interest in recruitment.

By supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team on day-to-day operation and related strategic projects, apart from learning recruitment skills and retail industry knowledge, you will also be part of the endeavor to fuel the rapid growth of adidas Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team on Talent Acquisition activities which includes –CV screen, phone interview, interview arrangement, candidate search and screening, data collection, reports and etc.
• Assist on Global Talent Acquisition projects

– e.g. Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding, including event coordination, promotion & marketing and presentation preparation

• Maintain candidate database and system
• Internal & external communication & coordination Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities:

• English at work proficiency
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, PPT).
• Minimum 4 days/week attendance
