Job Summary职位概述:

Intern. Assist line management in daily work.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:

1. Conduct preliminary legal research.进行初步的法律研究

2. Translate documents.文件翻译

3. Assist in-house counsels with simple legal document under the guide of in-house counsels.在公司法律顾问的指导下协助处理简单的法律文书

4. Support on certain administrative matters of legal department.为法律部的部分行政事务提供支持

5. Assist in-house counsels with other assigned tasks.协助公司法律顾问处理其他被指派的任务
