【工作内容】
1.Responsible for solving basic cases from customers, including account/permission/server/remote assistance problem and so on;
2.Familiar with windows 7/10 operating system;
3.Have a good knowledge of windows framework;
4.Responsible for the server operating and maintaining;
5.Make team /weekly/monthly report in English;
6.Participate in regular training on related fields.
