Position Purpose

The Competitive Intelligence & Business Development Intern will support the development and implementation of the competitive intelligence and business development process and tasks. He /she will primary work to analyze industry dynamic and competition landscape to identify development opportunities by collecting, analyzing market/industry data, and to assist in coordinating on the process for various projects.

Principal Accountabilities

•              To collect market and competitive intelligence data and information internally and externally through various information sources; analyze and conduct benchmarking analysis.

•              Regularly track and update the trend of macro-environment (such as policy), industry evolvement/trends, market share evolution and key competitors' movement, etc.

•              Participate in and assist CSST APAC business development projects (such as M&A activities) e.g. prepare discussion documents.

Required Qualifications

•              Can work more than 3 days per week

•              Curious and eager to learn business knowledge

•              Fluent in both Chinese and English. Be Capable of developing reports and presentation in English

•              Strong data analysis mindset and business sense; solid Excel skills

•              Proven ability to do secondary research and face to face business interviews

•              Preferred intern experience in market research or consulting company
