Position: Assistant intern 部门助理实习生
此实习生岗位为短期实习为期6个月,此助理岗位涉及行政/人事/财务报销等多方面事宜,非常适合希望累积相关经验的同学。办公环境好,氛围佳,老板nice。工作内容不难,但要求同学肯学习,有很强的责任心。期待志同道合的小伙伴加入!
工作地点:上海市杨浦区大连路500号西门子上海中心
入职时间: 2018年5月7日左右。
Job description:
1. Documents preparation (e.g. invitation letter and dispatch letter) and document management.
2. Delegation order, support visa, work permit handling and overseas medical insurance certificate of delegate, delegation contract management.
3. Check the travel expense claim and general expense claim from team members according to company travel policy
4. Other related administration work for team assist such as hotel booking, documents delivery and so on.
职位描述:
1. 起草公函(如邀请函和派遣函)及文档管理;
2. 准备派遣订单,协助派遣员工办理出国签证,工作许可及境外保险,派遣合同管理;
3. 根据公司差旅规定核查团队成员的差旅报销以及一般费用的报销
4. 其他与团队助理相关的行政工作,例如订酒店, 收发信件快递等等。
Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate student with bachelor degree or above in Shanghai who will be graduate in 2019
2. Good at Microsoft office. Word, excel, PPT, outlook.
3. Fluent English both in spoken and written English.
4. Strong ability of communication, coordination and teamwork spirit.
5. At least 3 days per week, At least 6 months.
要求:
1. 全日制本科或以上学历的上海在校大学生(大三或研二)
2. 熟练运用办公软件:word、excel、PPT、outlook
3. 流利的英语(口语+书面)
4. 有较强的沟通、协调能力以及团队合作精神
5. 每周3天,持续出勤6个月
