Responsibilities:
Track the dealer individual target setting for each dealer (DPA target).
Preparation of Dealer visits.
Monitor Dealer performance against pre-defined KPIs.
Validate opportunities for incentive programs at the dealer touchpoint.
Process residual value data across vehicle lifecycle; Forecast sales of Incentive campaigns within China and perform incentive plan maintenance.
Review and validate service delivery procedures.
Support for Dealer network with Dealer Management System and TUEV Reporting.
Support to plan and manage meetings in order to represent Porsche China on conferences, workshops, dealer visits and with industry groups。
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree, major in International Management/Economics is preferred
Knowledge in Automotive/Consulting industry is preferred
Diligent and responsible person, proactive attitude, , stress resistant, willing to learn
Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in both oral and written English (team manager是外国人)
Committed and available to work 4 days a week for 6 months
Working Time: 9:00AM - 18:00PM
