Responsibilities:

• Track the dealer individual target setting for each dealer (DPA target).

• Preparation of Dealer visits.

• Monitor Dealer performance against pre-defined KPIs.

• Validate opportunities for incentive programs at the dealer touchpoint.

• Process residual value data across vehicle lifecycle; Forecast sales of Incentive campaigns within China and perform incentive plan maintenance.

• Review and validate service delivery procedures.

• Support for Dealer network with Dealer Management System and TUEV Reporting.

• Support to plan and manage meetings in order to represent Porsche China on conferences, workshops, dealer visits and with industry groups。

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree, major in International Management/Economics is preferred

• Knowledge in Automotive/Consulting industry is preferred

• Diligent and responsible person, proactive attitude, , stress resistant, willing to learn

• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in both oral and written English (team manager是外国人)

• Committed and available to work 4 days a week for 6 months

Working Time: 9:00AM - 18:00PM
