Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
To design and implement the communication plan which is in line with the marketing strategy of the company for the promotion of products to both internal and external customers within the budget allocated each year.
Main Accountabilities:
1.Adverstising - Prepare and implement the advertising plan according to the focus of marketing plan of the year.
2.MAREKTING TOOLS – Create and manage the inventory of printed tools like brochure, booklets, publications, etc. ; Production of Newsletter & gimmicks. Create the database of all marketing event tools.
3.EXHIBITIONS AND CONGRESSES- Propose marketing events that are relevant to the marketing strategy of the year. Organize the internal and external events in PRC as well as international congress. Communicate with the organizers and advertising companies and follow up the preparation of the functions. Logistics/ accommodation arrangement for guests. Organize tours for international congresses and visits. Communicate the marketing events with internal teams, distributors and customers on regular basis.
4.CRM: Maintain good relationship with the stakeholders of scientific journals and scientific associations related to the business of bioMerieux.
5.Market Research and Follow-up – Manage the market survey done via the marketing events and make sure that these databases are updated and available for different product managers.
6.Market Intelligence – Collect competitors information. Create and update the databases for the competitors’ information.
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.Studies-Experience:
-Degree of life science desirable but not mandatory
-Certificate of business management / marketing / advertising
-0——3 years experience in marketing / communication / adversting
-Experience on QMS
2.Skills and Qualifications:
-Good communication skill
-Good creativity
-Good project management skill
