Objective of the Position / 岗位目标：

Focus on ceramic processing platform, to provide technical support to CMA R&D team and plants on ceramic materials engineering and processing technologies. Meanwhile collaborate with them on projects to find solutions together and contribute to lab competency development.

为陶瓷业务研发团队和工厂的客户提供陶瓷材料及其加工相关的技术支持，同时参与合作项目的研发工作，寻求解决方案。并对实验室能力建设做出贡献。

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）：

1) Project Leadership & Principal Investigator (40％). Provide project management oversight. 

* Develop project plans, direct and coordinate the implementation of approved plans via direct & indirect reports;

* Provide hands-on technical leadership to the projects. Evaluate progress relative to technical objectives. 

* Employ strong scientific methodology in conducting projects.

* Establish routine reporting for all activities

* Leverage resources and responds to changing priorities as required.

* Identify potentially patentable developments & develops proprietary technologies resulting in patents.

1）项目管理和研究(40％). 对项目进行管理：

* 制定项目计划,并按计划指导和协调计划的实施

* 在技术方面能亲自领导项目, 对技术目标的进展进行评估 

* 以科学的方法来实施项目

* 汇报日常工作

* 获取项目资源， 调整项目的优先级别

* 发现潜在的专利并开发相关的技术

2) Competency development, Innovation and Openness (40%). Strengthen the knowhow of ceramic material processing technologies and contribute to build competency in inorganic processing via innovative exploratory study and R&D project involvement. 

2) 研究能力建设、开放、创新 （40%）：

加强对无机材料及其加工的理解，并结合探索性创新研究和积极参与研发项目加强无机材料及其加工技术的能力。

3) Technical support for Business (15%). Solve the on-site problem in product and processing for plants (like CMA, ABR) and provide technical support for them to enhance the competency in inorganic material and processing.

3) 对业务进行技术支持 （15%）：

为业务部门提供技术支持，以解决生产、应用过程中的实际问题，并借此增强在无机材料及其加工领域的研发能力。 

Qualification & Skills

1.Master or above degree in Materials Processing Engineering/Ceramic Engineering/Chemical Engineering (Inorganic/organic)/Mechanical Engineering/Material Science & Engineering

2. Familiar with some common ceramic materials processing technologies

3. Working experience or product industrialization experience preferred

4. Excellent English is must.

5. Able to keep good relationship with suppliers and internal partners, comfortable with practical job in lab,

6. Can handle multi tasks to meet diversified requirement from the customer.

7. Open minded, innovative, driven, good communication skills, strong business sense

8. Passion for high deliverables, openness to multi-culture environment
