Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
Develop new organic products, provide technical supports and build technology competency. 新产品开发、技术支持服务和科研能力建设。
Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责(时间、工作内容的分配)
1/(50%) Work with commercial team, R&D labs and operation team to launch new products through customer needs understanding, technical deliverables, project management and pilot production.
与商务团队、研发实验室和运营团队合作,通过客户需求调研、技术成果输出、项目管理和批量化生产推出新产品。
2/(15%) Interact with global R&D, CRL labs and university to build the technology competency through new idea exploring, failure analysis, methodology development, mechanism study and technical platform.
与全球研发,能力研究实验室以及高校互动,通过新想法探索、失效分析、方法开发、机理研究和技术平台开发建立科研能力。
3/(15%) Support purchase team and operation team for raw material qualification, process improvement and customer trouble shooting.
支持采购和运营团队进行原材料认证、工艺改进和客户问题解决。
4/( 15%) Strictly follow company principles, policies and regulations. Take the responsibility to reach individual/department EHS requests and annual performance targets.
严格遵守公司原则、政策和规则。承担责任完成个人/团队EHS要求和年度绩效目标。
5/(5%) Other tasks assigned by manager/supervisor.
上级安排的其他工作。
Qualification & Skills:
1/ PhD or post-PhD of Materials Science and Engineering, polymer background preferred 材料科学与工程博士或博士后教育背景,高分子背景优先
2/ Experience in coating, phenolic resin or simulation would be a plus 有涂料,酚醛树脂或模拟经验优先
3/ Fluent English 英语流利
4/ Open minded, innovative, driven, good communication skills思维开放有创新性,积极主动,具备良好的沟通能力
5/ Interests for product development and fundamental research, passion for high deliverables, openness to multi-culture environment对产品开发与基础研究有兴趣,渴望卓越交付,接受多文化的工作环境
