Job Objective:

• Supporting SA&CP R&D projects in SGRS and plants in Shanghai.

• Support for hands on work in the lab including lab management, equipment operation and routine maintenance

• Support market investigation, material scouting and information analysis

  Job Responsibilities:

• Support R&D projects in terms of the prototype preparation, characterization and testing in lab.

• Support grain analysis from the literature study and lab analysis

• Support sample characterizations in SGRS for SA and CP

  Other study areas deem appropriate as the research projects.

  Job Requirements:

• MS/PhD candidates, major in materials engineering (inorganic material is favorable), or chemical engineering, with undergraduate degree from a renowned university.

• Diverse knowledge background is preferred, familiar with ceramic processing & powder metallurgy is a plus.

• Proficient in using CAD software and solidworks is a plus

• Communication willing and skill, oral & written English, native Chinese speaker

• Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability

• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility

• Can work for 3-5 days per week, last for more than 4 months
