Responsibilities:
Communicate internally (translation, finance, legal, etc) and externally (dealers) based on project needs.
Assist to manage contracts or other documents based on company process and procedure.
Assist with financial process, reporting, quality check, PPT consolidation.
Support with Customer Literature program.
Other admin task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, knowledge in Automobile industry and After Sales field is a plus
Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn
Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Internship experience in relevant function is preferred
Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 5-6 months
