No job is fun without the strategic element but no job is rea without the administrative elements. This is a role for the intern who would aspire to become a full fledge professional and versatile contributor of companies. This is a role for people with high expectation and can stay with us for more than 4 months. If candidate performs well, there is a possibility the candidate will be placed in additional speciall projects.

Strategic Elements (65%)

• Assist the regional head of Mar Com to map out all the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) available for the functions of Marketing Communication

• In areas where SOP is not available, to set up the proposal for the SOP for the department.

• Support in content generation on our wechat platform

• Support in website analytics for wechat

• Design and devise Project pitches in ppt

• Support in managing budget with the regional Mar Com Head

Administrative Elements (35%)

• Creation of payment orders to vendors (this means you can have visibility to all projects in Mar Com team)

• Responsible for compiling Marketing Briefs for our vendors and work with the Mar Com full time employee team members

   

  Requirements:

• Good ppt skills a must

• Prior content generation or experience managing wechat accounts in university time an added advantage

• International education background preferred, Marketing major or related would be nice to have

• Previous work experience in MNCs are preferred

• Positive attitude and willing to put in the extra mile in work

• Simple photo editing software skills a bonus.

• Independent and able to work without supervision.
