职位描述

Purpose/Key Responsibilities: (Mission of job/General area of responsibility)

 

  • Perform secretarial and administrative functions to the department head and the department.

  • Work on corporate card maintenance with banks.

     

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

     

  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative supports to the department

  • Maintain leave and training records for the department.

  • Collect and distribute the inter-departmental documents and mails related to business work flow of the department. 

  • Ensures proper filing of the document in an organised and effective manner, including the document archiving routine. 

  • Process corporate credit card application and administration with direct contact with the card company

  • Assist Senior Director in team communication and knowledge sharing initiatives

  • Organising functional events/meeting and presentation assistance

  • Carries out other duties and responsibilities as required from management.

     

     

    Requisite Education/Experience:

  • Matriculated or above.  

  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office applications.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • High organizational and inter-personnel skills with mature personality and manner

  • Hardworking, self-motivated and detail-minded. 

  • Proactive, reliable, flexible and enjoy teamwork
