Purpose/Key Responsibilities: (Mission of job/General area of responsibility)
Perform secretarial and administrative functions to the department head and the department.
Work on corporate card maintenance with banks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide full range of secretarial and administrative supports to the department
Maintain leave and training records for the department.
Collect and distribute the inter-departmental documents and mails related to business work flow of the department.
Ensures proper filing of the document in an organised and effective manner, including the document archiving routine.
Process corporate credit card application and administration with direct contact with the card company
Assist Senior Director in team communication and knowledge sharing initiatives
Organising functional events/meeting and presentation assistance
Carries out other duties and responsibilities as required from management.
Requisite Education/Experience:
Matriculated or above.
Good PC knowledge in MS Office applications.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
High organizational and inter-personnel skills with mature personality and manner
Hardworking, self-motivated and detail-minded.
Proactive, reliable, flexible and enjoy teamwork
