JD - Assets Service Specialist

Job description:

Contract management for assets & agencies & facilities (30%)

• Compliance of contract and related internal processes including

  - Prepare contracts with confirmed terms & conditions

  - Follow up contract approval process

  - Contract record management

  - Compliance of contract

  - CR, GR & Payment tracking

   

  Order placement (20%)

• Prepare supporting documents & required information for future order placement

• Consolidate placed orders from systems

• Follow up order status

• Sense check order volume (against current stock)

   

  Seeding approval process (30-40%)

• Raise requests for seeding approval process

• Prepare supporting documents & required information for seeding approval

• Follow up seeding approval progress, coordinate with MOPS, PO, and OBF for seeding fulfillment

   

  Inventory management (20%)

• Monitor own category’s seeding inventory status & make seeding plans with BU base on inventory arrivals

• Monitor all seeding inventory status

• Support regular inventory reports with comments & calls for actions if needed

   

  System & Process Management

• Co-ordinate with SCM, IT, BU, to keep optimizing SDM/SPMS system & process, to for better inventory monitoring & seeding orders

   

  Ad hoc requirement & tasks

• Support BU on event / asset special requests based on needs

• Other marketing related tasks
