Accounting Intern 会计实习生

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the department has received sales report from stores on daily basis, complete sales reconciliation on time and investigate any variance occurred regarding data;

2. Monitor any unusual transaction posted from retail frond end like customer refund, high percentage discounts and goods exchanges etc.;

3. Reconcile AR balance with customers on monthly basis, highlight the variance due to time difference or any other reason on relevant report;

4. Perform good communication with customer, monitor collection status tightly per the agreement signed between two parties to minimize overdue receivable balance;

5. Check retail store expense on landlord monthly statement and ensure the spending correct, process relevant journal entry to system on timely manner;

5. Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance;

2. Good skill at MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP operation knowledge is strongly preferred;

2. Have strong passion to luxury/fashion industry as well as accounting field;

3. Good command of English;

4. Team worker, fast learner;

5. Able to work for at least 3 days a week and more than 6 months;

6. Former accounting working experience is a plus
