Support cost controlling: prepare monthly cost analysis and cost allocation, contribute to yearly budget planning.
Prepare monthly report: collect information for KPI, projects tracking, training tracking.
Support on projects: administrative support, research and investigation, ideas generation.
Support on preparation for meetings: coordinate among top management team, check meeting room availability, align with SSC team leadership the agenda, collect and prepare the presentation, take minutes.
Qualification:
Candidates must be currently enrolled under a Master Degree Program, preferably in finance, accounting or management control.
Preferably with IT skills (Excels and PPT) and excellent communication skills.
Able to work 4 days a week within 6 months ideally.
