Job purpose: 

1 Focuses on providing IT support for supply chain planning team to simplify routine work and improve work efficiency. 

2 Optimizes work flow and processes of supply chain department. 

3 Supports data analysis of supply chain planning team with proven data management skills. 

Key responsibilities & Accountabilities 

1 Understand work flow and processes of supply chain planning and related departments. Collect demand from planners and related groups. Propose potential optimization of work flow according to various demands from all users. 

2 Supports SC planners'daily forecasting, ordering, and stock management processes with IT tools. 

3 Prepares necessary analysis reports for SC planning team 

4 Designs and maintain tools to record manual procedures and avoid mistakes due to miscommunication between different teams 

5 Provides guidelines and handbooks for IT tools. Makes sure all users understand the function of the tools.

6 Insure accuracy of data input 

8 Find out abnormal data 

9 Correct wrong data 

10 Helps optimize algorithms of sales forecasting, safety stock management, re-ordering point, order frequency and order quantity

一周四天以上出勤，耐心细心，抗压能力强。正式岗位，考核两个月即签offer和三方。
