Key Accountabilities：
General Task
- Marketing Calendar and master files updating
协助市场部新营销时间表及相关文件的更新
- Payment and contract procedure follow through (prepare, legal procedure, archiving and filing)
通过跨部门合作、与商场和供应商联系
- Expense report and bookkeeping
负责公司内部以及对外日常财务付款流程，管理相关合同
- Meeting minutes
会议记录
- Internal communication and arrangement (meeting room, conference call set-up, etc.)
负责部门内部沟通及安排（会议室、电话会议等）
Retail Marketing Task
- Assist in POSM managing (stock counting, inventory file updating, communication between vendors, etc)
根据促销计划制定资源分配模板，完成物料分配
- Competitor POSM researching
竞品营销物料对比分析
- Assistant in to-customer communication materials copy writing
协助对外宣传创意策划、撰写和执行
Experience/Knowledge：
• Undergraduate Student who can ensure at least 3 days per week to work
• 在校大学生，每周至少可以工作3天
• Intern experience in Marketing will be a plus
• 具有市场部实习经验的候选人优先
Skills/Competencies：
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 良好的人际沟通技巧
• Fluent oral and written English
• 良好的书面英语，英语口语流利
