Job Description:

1. Check the VDC layout and other design to meet requirement of ECG;
2. Ensure all the relative certificates are valid in contract period;
3. Forecast the stock level, alarm when stock level exceed capacity;
4. Monitor daily VDC operation smoothly, especially inbound operation to achieve wholesale target ;
5. Guarantee the maintenance quality to keep cars in good condition and pass the quality audit;
6. Visit VDC regularly to finish on site check;
7. Update the new requirement to suppliers from quality and headquarter, and train the suppliers if needed;
8. Make operation accrual and check suppliers' billing every month;
9. Support annual stocktaking;
10. Other work assigned by leaders

Requirement:

1. At least 3 days per week, last for 3 months;
2. Fluent English both in writing and speaking
3. Good at MS office (especially Excel)
